- Progressively increased client base from a starting point of $200K to over $3 Million in revenue through client retention and outbound campaigns- Successfully managed over 1000 accounts (season tickets, game packs, and groups as primary focus)- Developed and executed a group service plan for our most important group leaders- Led our 2017 intern hiring process by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews- Organized and scheduled ticketing staff to cover game day responsibilities- Member of group ticketing committee designed to build out new products and enhance current offerings
