Being vegan for 8 years, I have embraced the lifestyle fully, combining my culinary skills with my passion for health. My travels have allowed me to learn and cook local cuisines from Thailand, Vietnam, Cuba, Singapore, California, Bali, and Sri Lanka. As a qualified Vegan Chef & Restaurant Founder, I have 4 years of experience in menu and recipe creation, catering for events including the BBC, and managing a restaurant.One of my proudest achievements is creating a trademarked Vegan & Dairy-Free Clotted Cream. Additionally, I am a qualified Barista and Trainer, constantly exploring new ways to enhance the vegan dining experience.In 2015, I founded the multi-award-winning EDEN Treats, dedicated to delivering vegan and allergy-inclusive gifts worldwide, serving FT500 companies and celebrities. This venture has been a testament to my mission of supporting independent producers and promoting the joy of vegan food and drink. Serving as a judge at the Nourish Awards 2024.On a personal note, I am a devoted husband to Rosie Winter, my co-founder at EDEN Treats, and a father to our daughter, Bella. My love for surfing spans over 26 years, and I am an enthusiastic CrossFit trainer, capable of lifting 2.5 times my body weight. Recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, I use WHOOP to manage my health and stress levels.Together with Rosie, we host the podcast "Behind The Brand," where we delve into the origin stories, challenges, and successes of household names.
