Manages & supervises the day-to-day operations of the First Allied Transitions department, consisting of 4 direct reports and 1 offshore support associate. Creates and maintains a strong relationship with the recruiting department in order to streamline the transition of new business from outside firms into First Allied. Works internally to develop cross-functional relationships among supporting departments to ensure white glove service is provided to all new and existing reps who join or expand their branches. Reviews, develops & applies updated process & procedures to align with the needs of the business. Creates and implements professional development plans for department associates.

The Senior Relationship Manager works cross-functionally within Business Transition Services to provide a seamless transition of RIA business between brokerage service platforms. To qualify for this level of transition support, the RIA must first represent a minimum of $30 Million in Assets Under Management. Following this confirmation, industry regulated due diligence and approval measures are then implemented to ensure a good standing relationship among firms. At this point, an internal partnership is formed between the SRM, Sales and Operations teams in order to develop a game plan which is intended to custom fit the unique needs of the new RIA client base. Throughout the middle phases of the project, the SRM strives to ensure ease in CRM Data extraction, document preparation, and bulk asset movement between firms. Externally, the SRM will also continue to work closely with the RIA to establish best practices and familiarity with institutional procedures until certain thresholds are met to signal completion of the project. From here, the new advisory firm is re-assigned to one of 10 regional service cells for the life of their service relationship with TD Ameritrade.
