I am an Assistant Professor of Business Information System & Operations Management at the Belk College of Business, UNC Charlotte. I was a Post-doctoral Fellow in the Operations Research and Engineering Management Department at Southern Methodist University. I earned a Ph.D. in Management Science (Operations Management Concentration) from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas.
