Review product performance weekly, actively pursue potential cancellations and carefully use markdowns to maintain healthy inventory levels. - Assortment Planning. Set up market focused product ranges together with the buyer, taking into consideration the space capacity of the stores. Review merchandise allocation prior to distribution to maximize the sku’s potential. - People Development. Coordinate the clear communication of strategies to the merchandising team as well as within the planning team. Assist junior associates in analyzing the KPI’s and developing their business knowledge.
