Shared financial responsibility for finance activities in the production location Lay's/Smiths.Main tasks/responsibilities:- Budget control (challenging, guiding and advising budget owners)- Monthly reporting (financials and scorecard metrics, including analysing)- Planning and forecasting (annual operating plan / last estimate)- Member of the Operational Management Team- QCDM (Lean) contribution as Finance memberSome critical experiences at PepsiCo:- Since 2016 member of the BOL Operational Management Team (day to day business), as a Finance deputy. I learned to collaborate beyond boundaries and I get a better understanding of all departments and their agenda. I also learned to establish trust and mutual respect when working with others and to deliver the right team results. - I led the new set up of several PepsiCo scorecards requests and working in serveral systems (SAP, PowerSteering, etc.). I demonstrated perseverance and a positive attitude in the pursuit of challenging goals and I learned to consistently follow the meaning and intent of company policies and standards. - I led the Kaizen Leader at PepsiCo in 2017 by optimizes the spare parts inventory in BOL, it delivered a substantial stock reduction. This was an unique and very successful project and useful for replication. - Partly responsible for the role out of QCDM within BOL: creating all training- and process flow documents for the process and also responsible for giving the training. - Leading to a OPS Finance trainee: creating an onboarding plan, monitoring progress and measured by trainee independently carrying out delegated tasks.
