I managed profitability through the crisis and reset the organization for growth by harmonizing the back end operation of all divisions, changing the cost base, and maintaining access to channel and share of voice.

Established a new commercial operation for both the consumer and the B2B business. We grew the business 5 times vs a market which grew 3 times.
