As the Foundation for Natural Leadership, we believe it's time for a new form of leadership: Natural Leadership. Leadership that is essential for creating a more sustainable world today and tomorrow, both socially and ecologically. At its core is a strong realization that as a species, we can learn much from nature and that we have a clear responsibility to collaborate with nature in a sustainable manner.Since 2002, we have been organizing Wilderness Leadership Transformation Programs in the pristine landscapes of Africa and Europe because we believe that being aware of the connection between nature and humanity contributes to a more sustainable world. My role is to elevate the Foundation to the next level to accommodate the growth we are experiencing, enabling us to create even greater sustainable impact for individuals, organizations, and the planet.

The Reboot your Life! program is aimed at individuals aged 25-35 and those aged 35 and above who want to clarify their goals or next steps. The program is based on the principles and philosophy of Natural Leadership and NLP. A day for yourself in nature, disconnecting from all (online) stimuli and reconnecting with your true values. Experience peace and renewed energy. FNL offers beautiful destinations for its leadership programs in the African Wilderness and European nature, where you disconnect from all stimuli, slow down, go back to basics, and sleep under the starry sky. Away from the daily routine and time for yourself. Slowing down and becoming aware of what has shaped you, where you stand in life, and what drives you. This year, I have led Wilderness Trails to Maratabe in South Africa, the Abruzzo region in Italy, and Macizo de Ayllón in Spain.

This includes setting up and converting vision and objectives into accessible products, services, and customer journeys to create impactful outcomes. I leverage my business and leadership experience along with my expertise in awareness, communication, and transformation to achieve these goals.
