Committed and hard working currently a Senior team leader at Appointments centre within University Hospitals Of Birmingham supporting in covering staff members off long term sick. I am a committed team member with experience in managing teams across different divisions, lead and motivate, training and hiring the staff who are employed within the department. My job role includes many things such as meeting deadlines and managing a team of around 15 staff but one of the main roles is to be making sure the trusts expectations and needs are maintained and met.

Started off in F&B as a guest service assistant however progressed then to reception guest service manager. My day to day role would be manage and monitor the team on shift, ensuring the highest satisfaction for all guests with us and training new staff when required.
