I am a confident, well-mannered and sociable person. Due to these personal qualities, I respond well when I am challenged. I enjoy working with clients, their families and relevant institutions to help them to achieve their best possible outcomes, holistically. I found via my experiences, working in Occupational Therapy practice i.e., healthcare, education, customer services, retail sales, security services and local government authority roles, it becomes apparent that I can manage myself in high-pressured environments i.e., situations, effectively.It is through my positive nature, depth in quality, and the appropriateness of my manner and form, our stakeholders found that I do stood out for recognition, in my role. More specifically, I had been acknowledged, whilst I was in my youth work role i.e., I received a W.Mids Police Community Safety Award in March 2013, for engaging a group suspected of gang activities. I systematised communicating with customers, in a plain and simple manner, presenting myself well in the form that they respected, they then realised my quality and purpose. I am likely to continue meeting and hoped to continue to exceed the challenges that I am set, as I usually do.
