General Duties and Responsibilities• Produce assigned report(s) for the Executive Assistant to the President for University Compliance in a reliable and timely manner.• Periodically attend meetings with supervisor to observe, record actions needed, and gain information.• Attends and participates in intern meetings, training, and development sessions.• Conduct research, analysis and data collection as assigned. Perform specific research projects as assigned within a specified time frame. Use internet and other resources to find information, perform analysis and develop and produce reports using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software.• Present results and activities to President and Cabinet.• Perform backup role and as needed, provide routine and daily assistance to internal and external customers. Responds to customers visiting or calling the office in a timely and accurate manner.• Prepare correspondence, reports, and provide additional administrative support as requested.

• Utilize my mentorship skills to ensure each student’s experience in their everyday transition from high school to college was optimistic.• Ensuring that the students are steadily motivated to come to class, complete their homework and classwork, and focus on academics. • Also, an impeccable sense of customer service is utilized to neutralize customer complaints and disputes. • In addition, utilizing my teamwork skills to cooperate with my co-workers to ensure a fluent working environment, and to develop various team-building activities, ice-breaker activities, as well as socially and academically engaging activities.
