About my time at 3 SIDED CUBE I have worked on a multitude of projects aiming to ensure 100% quality in products provided to the clients I worked with. To do this I collaborated with a diverse team and created Test scripts to ensure a documented step by step process is followed. I communicated on behalf of 3 SIDED CUBE to answer any questions related to testing by the clients. This resulted in a huge impact for clients and their consumers as their projects mainly aimed to help good causes to improve people's lives for the better. Skills gained working at 3 SIDED CUBE :1. Working and communicating as a part of a team project2. QA testing of mobile and web applications3. Communication with clients 4. Test script writing based on the Client's acceptance criteria (Using TestRail software) 5. API testing of backend functionality during projects (Using the Postman software) 6. Working from a JIRA board on tickets and opening/flagging bugs

About my time at Sainsbury's : I worked for Sainsbury's for 2 years and 8 months, I learnt a lot in my role as a food service assistant. I enjoyed my job and the people who I worked with, I worked mainly in the Sainsbury's Café, also helping in other departments when help was required, such as bakery and checkouts.The pandemic Started about 4 months after I started work, During that time the Café was closed and for the next year I worked on the checkouts and shop floor. In June 2021 the Café reopened and I worked there until my time ended at Sainsburys.Skills gained working at Sainsbury's :1. Interacting and helping customers with questions and any issues.2. Learning how to make coffee's, such as Latte's and Cappuccinos etc. 3. Learnt the importance of hygiene and general cleanliness in the workplace.4. Using the tills to serve customers bringing orders into the kitchen and the checkouts on the shop floor to complete customers shopping. 5. Worked in many varied roles such as Selfscan and Smartshop, the other ways customers can shop, Also in manual tasks such as stocking up the shelves and serving on the front door during the pandemic. Urging customers to follow correct procedures to keep colleagues and customers safe.

After finishing college in surrey I moved down to Christchurch, a few months after this I volunteered for the British heart foundation. I did not have a job at the time and thought it would be a good idea to gain some experience while also helping a good cause. Soon after I joined I got my job at Sainsburys and worked part-time there to begin with, this meant that I could work at both the charity shop and Sainsburys. Ultimately I had to leave the British heart foundation once my Sainsburys job became full time. What I did at the British heart foundation:I worked in the charity shop on Christchurch high-street and my role was on the till serving customers. I also provided assistance with various menial tasks.

The Quadrant House, Brighton Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 5AS Two Weeks Duration 2016 - Unpaid College Work Experience Placement Shadowed various departments. Helped in the IT department, setting up desks with computer hardware and software. Increased learning and built hardware ie desktops, Interacted with various departments including IT Helpdesk, Accounts, and Purchasing. Installed operating systems on new Desktops and Laptops.
