• Lead community staff by serving as a member of the site management team and displaying integrity, respect, encouragement, compassion, and service
• Act as the primary on-site sales and marketing representative by providing information about service offering and pricing to prospective leads and referral sources during phone calls, tours, and decision making process
• Maintain accurate records using REPS customer relations management software throughout each step of the organizations defined sales process
• Ensure a smooth transition for residents and their representatives through coordination of reservation, housing move-in, and clinical admission processes with relevant community staff
• Manage marketing budget in order to achieve or exceed marketing and site goals while demonstrating good stewardship of available resources
• Coordinate resident care conferences and associated follow up

• Responsible for initial fill of this unique new property by performing many of the responsibilities outlined for the “Housing Counselor” position noted above
