• Lead community staff by serving as a member of the site management team and displaying integrity, respect, encouragement, compassion, and service• Act as the primary on-site sales and marketing representative by providing information about service offering and pricing to prospective leads and referral sources during phone calls, tours, and decision making process• Maintain accurate records using REPS customer relations management software throughout each step of the organizations defined sales process• Ensure a smooth transition for residents and their representatives through coordination of reservation, housing move-in, and clinical admission processes with relevant community staff • Manage marketing budget in order to achieve or exceed marketing and site goals while demonstrating good stewardship of available resources• Coordinate resident care conferences and associated follow up• Serve as a facilitator for Touching Hearts training program
