Having worked various roles supporting teams on a global capacity and most recently a smaller scale, I know it is my passion to support clients and my team members. I have extensive PA experience supporting multiple teams at a time with administrative tasks such as project time writing, calendar management and visa and immigration applications. SharePoint file migration. And so much more!I recently had the opportunity to venture into new territory with a recruitment role. As an Assistant Client Advisor. I assisted my team with a multitude of admin tasks, including, calling their clients or updating their clients CV & cover letters. I also completed Inductions for new participants in the scheme. This was a varied opportunity and showed how versatile my skillset is. Thus was a short term contract, as I was pregnant and had to go on maternity leave. I truly believe I have a skillset can take me anywhere. I just need to the right tailored training and away I'll go! I have recently started a small domestic cleaning business, working for myself cleaning peoples homes. Whilst this is a total 180 to the work I've done in the past, I think it shows I am a self starter and very driven. After my son was born I wanted to get straight back to work but he was too young as a new born to start nursery! So I had my cleaning buddy, tucked up in a sling!Admittedly it has been difficult to find a suitable hybrid or remote role. Ultimately I am looking for a remote position. Although I am open to reconsider this for a flexible job that will allow me to still do the school run everyday in Sevenoaks.I really want to start a career in Recruitment, as I have great communication skills and love working with and meeting new people. I carry myself well, when meeting business associates. I have always been great building relationships with people at work. This is a career I will excel in and I am looking at some courses to help me on my way, I just need some additional nurturing from someone in the business already!

My primary responsibilities are; calendar management, from arranging meetings with the teams or external client meetings, arranging logistics for these, also managing incoming meeting requests. Booking travel, we do use a booking system, which I can book flights, hotels and car hire through. I also have to take into account transfers, many a time, she will take a taxi or train to the airport, it's the other end that I tend to plan. We have offices worldwide, so when travelling to each location, I plan meeting rooms/office space for my boss to work in. This includes booking meetings with relevant teams and external clients, making sure she has an adequate space to work from. Completing SAP TMS expense reports in good time. I also help my colleagues, most that are working in the same office as me, with meeting rooms, booking visitors, requesting wifi codes and ordering catering. I do this for staff that are visiting my office from over seas, sometimes I do this whilst acting as a delegate for my colleagues, who are based in Rijswijk and Houston. Show less -
