• Responsible for the hiring and development of Personal Trainers (scheduling, policy and procedures, strength and training principles, periodization, scripts and E-Learning)• Manage the club’s key performance indicators (monthly budget of $30,000 hours serviced, client efficiency, renewals and dollar per agreement)• Implementation of systems that adhere to the Goodlife process• Responsible for ongoing staff training and development, along with monthly meetings• Efficient and compassionate management of staff and client concerns• Managing client data base • Respond swiftly and efficiently to situations that may have adverse effects on clients • Proficient with developing and implementing an individual’s “Plan of Care” while taking into consideration her/his physical, psychological and societal needs • Skillful with evaluating client outcomes and revising their “Plan” as required; prioritize tasks based on changes in client’s condition
