As a psychology student at Temple University, I am eager to apply my knowledge of human behavior and motivation to the fields of management, Industrial Organizational (IO) psychology, and sales. I have completed an associate's degree in psychology at Bucks County Community College, and I plan to graduate with a bachelor's degree in May 2024.In my current role as a Server and Tableside Sales Representative at Bacco Centro, I have developed and demonstrated high levels of performance in skills such as marketing, sales, utilization of emotional intelligence, and communication. I have contributed to increasing the customer satisfaction and retention rate by significantly in the past 2 year, by understanding and anticipating the needs and preferences of the clients. I am passionate about improving the lives of both employees and employers by refining the functionality and efficiency of any given business and/or sales model.
