My journey with yoga began at the age of 15 when my mother and two sisters introduced me to my first yoga class. Coming from a background in Taekwondo and a love for sports, they knew yoga would be something I would enjoy. Initially, yoga was just another physical activity for me.However, when I was accepted into a prestigious BBA & Aviation program, I had to put yoga and sports on hold to focus on my studies. This was a challenging period in my life as I dedicated myself to pursuing my dream of becoming a commercial pilot for a renowned airline. It took me three years to realize that this dream did not bring me true happiness.Although I may not be flying planes right now, yoga philosophy has become a guiding force in my life, teaching me how to navigate through the ups and downs. It has taught me to shift my perspective and embrace life as it unfolds, reminding me to let go of control and enjoy the journey.My current goal is to bring yoga to families. As a father of two, there is nothing more meaningful to me than raising children with healthy minds. I believe that by approaching yoga in a fun and interactive way, it can bring families and communities together, fostering mindfulness and presence in our daily lives.Join me in spreading the new ABC's - Attention, Balance & Compassion.
