My role consisted of managing different customer accounts and collecting the correct data to ensure deadlines were met for their deliveries. This would include offering financial management, coordinating with different branches as well as companies in multiple locations, and contacting customers, suppliers, and colleagues to provide updates for their orders. Service to both customers and colleagues was kept to a high standard by a committed drive to deliver on targets and deadlines on a 14-day basis, and a vast and in-depth knowledge of the items being sold.
