Managed the new fairing production team, and implemented several Reuse and Manufacturability improvements while reducing shop floor footprint by >50%. Oversaw qualification build of Long Fairing.

Responsible for driving design and process improvements to the Falcon Payload Fairings that enable rapid and reliable reuse. These efforts require extensive collaboration with our Structures, Avionics, Reliability, and Systems engineering teams to assess vehicle & process health, develop reuse requirements, and implement into production.

Provide quality engineering support for the Falcon 9 Payload Fairing, Dragon 1, and Crew Dragon 2 spacecraft final integration. Responsible for driving down quality escapes from upstream work centers, running root cause investigations on hardware failures, and improving reliability by identifying and driving design improvements.

Provide quality engineering support for final integration and maintenance of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle at SpaceX launch complex 40, and 39a.
