Working on the Incident Response Team, I handled critical contacts reporting safety incidents to the highest of standards, including technical investigations workflows.During numerous technical investigations, I learned to analyse various kinds of data produced by SQL queries using different query engines (Presto, Vertica etc), and also to write new queries as needed. I often correlated intelligence gained from basic OSINT techniques in order to successfully resolve investigations.During my tenure, I also flexed onto the Regulatory Compliance team, handling queries and data requests from transport regulators across the UK, including TfL (Transport for London).
