I have over 9 years of experience in start-up, nonprofit, and for-profit fields, focusing on event management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, negotiating with external partners, and utilizing new technology to enhance attendees’ experience.In my most recent position as the Marketing Associate of Events for the AgTech startup, Indigo Ag, I championed brand awareness and educational events by coordinating and hosting local in-person meetups as well as webinars led by subject matter experts. Previously, I was a Conference Producer at CBI creating educational conferences for the BioPharma industry, encompassing topics such as Medicare Reform, DIR Fees, Plain Language Summaries, and Cloud Computing. I was also previously an Events Program Senior Manager at the Food Marketing Institute where I was responsible for the planning, developing, and executing the Global Sustainability Summit, Supply Chain Conference, Legal Conference, Asset Protection Conference, and the Midwinter Executive Conference for CEOs and C-Suite Executives of the Food Retail Industry. In these roles, I’ve honed my project management and communication skills. Coupled with my adaptability, strong work ethic, and reliability, I have been extremely successful at managing and executing large, complex projects while delivering interesting and transformational experiences for the audience.
