I have worked in a variety of positions that have developed my interpersonal and written communication skills. I am a licensed attorney and currently pursuing my LLM in Taxation Law at the University of Denver part-time. In addition to my education, I have experience in the oil and gas industry in Texas working as a Contracts Manager, Secretary, and even General Counsel to handle a wide variety of business-related matters including formation/organization, state compliance, management, litigation, contract drafting, acquisition and disposition of assets, and more.
