I served as the Interim Regional Claim Leader and led a team comprising six Claim Service Leaders, a Team Leader, and 70 frontline employees during a transitional phase. My efforts ensured total office continuity and provided a clear roadmap for all employees. I conducted office and staff meetings, offering clarity about our mission. Furthermore, I developed and executed strategies aimed at improving operational results and boosting employee engagement.

From March 2013 to April 2014, at the Allstate Insurance Oregon Casualty Market Claim Office, I supervised and developed a team of 16 liability processors, represented and unrepresented. My responsibilities included interviewing and training new employees, administering performance reviews, managing daily operations of each segment, and creating performance action plans.During my tenure, I developed and implemented significant process changes, resulting in improved efficiency. I received positive feedback through the VOICE survey for my effectiveness as a manager. I was also interviewed by senior leadership from Home Office regarding the development and creation of what was called "Leadership Principles".Moreover, I advocated for the adoption of Adobe Pro, and subsequently trained processors in its use for virtual demand package handling.

Between March 2010 and March 2013, I worked at the Allstate Insurance Oregon Casualty Market Claim Office, where I delivered exceptional customer service by managing all stages of an auto loss claim. This included assessing negligence in line with state statutes, arranging vehicle inspections, and conveying relevant policy coverages. I also established and maintained relationships with injured parties to resolve injury losses and negotiate settlements. My efforts were recognized with the Claims Distinguished Performance Award in both 2012 and 2013.

San Francisco Bay Area

As a Search and Rescue Coordinator, Petty Officer Second Class, and Certified Coxswain, I supervised 15 personnel of diverse ranks and experience in law enforcement and search/rescue missions. My duties involved providing comprehensive training for station personnel on all necessary qualifications. I was honored with an Achievement Medal in 2002 for my actions during a life-saving event. Apart from this, I completed Leadership and Management training and was responsible for conducting performance reviews for the 15 subordinates directly reporting to me.
