Hi there, I'm a Sr. Digital Product Manager for Rocket Companies, where my tenure sits at 13+ years. My first 6 years at Rocket: - I spent time working across virtually every role throughout the mortgage process from banking to operations to underwriting to processing to closing, and working across virtually every loan type and channel: retail, wholesale, purchase, refi, relocation, escalation, partnerships, etc. - I also spent several years in team leadership for operations leading multiple different teams. The last 7 years at Rocket: - I've spent time primarily in product management where I've gained massive experience across the Product Development Life Cycle within multiple types of products. - I've worked on products related to digital communication (web chat and asynchronous messaging), lead distribution and allocation; chat bot technology, telephony artificial intelligence, speech to text, optical character recognition, and text extraction; as well as back office automation, organizational data strategy, and robotic process automation. - Throughout this time I've also worked in business consulting with our sales and revenue teams, and product ownership working through agile methodologies. - I am SAFe certified. As a product manager:- I'm responsible for working with: clients, business stakeholders, C-Suite, marketing, technology/engineering, data science, user research, experience design, content design, and various other roles. - Product management is all about team work, and I collaborate with these groups to solve problems for our clients (both external and internal). - We determine what use cases we should prioritize to build a new product that solves a problem, or which use cases help us make improvements to an already existing product. About me: - I'm a HUGE stand-up comedy, Detroit/Michigan sports, and F1 Racing fan, as well as a big movie and TV buff: there aren't many movies and tv shows I haven't seen! - I also consider myself a musical theatre afficionado, and have won a few cruise ship musical theatre trivia competitions. I graduated in May 2009 from Oakland University (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre), and in 2008 an Irene Ryan National Theatre Scholarship Nominee. I also hold a first degree black belt in Sanchin-Ryu karate.
