Oversaw the Background Department which included the supervision of the Background Investigator, conducted findings of suitability, evaluated background checks and made final determinations to ensure applicants were eligible to obtain a gaming license or work permit in accordance with the tribal-state compact, tribal ordinances, CGC regulations and NIGC regulations.Additionally, I conducted investigations for potential violations of gaming regulations/internal controls and completed investigations for patron complaints.
