• Gather business requirements for an assigned development project by establishing open lines of communication with customers and internal stakeholders

• Attend all Scrum meetings (Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
• Own the product backlog within a release, prioritise and plan the sprints within the release.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product, the people who use it, how they use it and the benefits they realize from using it.

• Contribution to offer preparations by analysing the tender requirements versus available application functionalities - GAP analysis.
• Business analysis in the implementation process. Preparation of Customer Requirements Document by studying client's functions and processes, evaluating functional requirements and formats.
• Involved in workshops / training.
• Proposing application improvements/new features by studying current practices and client's trends.
• Collaboration with Support/technical staff, applications development, and the data owners/subject matter experts during various phases of project lifecycle.
