I have worked in a customer service role, dealing with account management, billing and complaints for over 8 years. Within this time I was given the opportunity to be team leader for 2 years allowing me to mentor and encourage my staff to improve their service while maintaining productivity and meeting KPIs.I also have experience with processing direct debits, invoices and purchase orders through my various financial roles.I would describe myself as having excellent listening and communication skills and take pride in my customer service skills. My current role requires me to be a problem solver while staying professional and friendly. I am hardworking and reliable. I work well in a team but also driven to achieve my own goals.
