This in return increased aircraft readiness.• Processed assets throughout Marine Aircraft Group-11 for 332 F-18 jets, while personally screening over 2,000 Avionics assets, culminating the supervision in over 12,000 combined man-hours.• Managed mission critical assets from 6 different MAG-11 Squadrons in order to complete flight schedules for training and deployments.• Determined maintenance capabilities and developed operational schedules preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for known maintenance, operational mission and training requirements. • Utilized specified automated system to schedule and monitor maintenance activities, workload requirements; also, administered work control by authorizing jobs, work priorities, and completion times. • Ensured senior leaders and appropriate commanders are briefed on Health of Fleet (HOF) issues, impact on long term fleet health, maintenance capabilities, limiting production factors, and adherence to maintenance schedules.

• Inspected all work and complied with the required QA inspections for over 3,500 maintenance actions performed within the Avionics department; spot checked all work in progress and became familiar with the provisions and responsibilities of the various programs managed and audited by QA department. • As subject matter expert and Work Center Supervisor, closely managed 50+ Marines daily in the Avionics Division Work Center, directing diagnoses and repair of non-routine malfunctions, inspecting completed work assignments of subordinates, and preparing weekly maintenance schedules; utilized Access/ Excel reports to control daily workload and assign priorities to ensure efficient movement of components through the work center. • Supervised and maintained programs such as Safety, Tool Control, Security, Training, and Technical Publications/Technical Directives.

• Operated and performed maintenance on a computer based automated test system; tested, diagnosed, troubleshot, and repaired electronic control and avionics electronic systems.• Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on Avionics Systems to include radar systems, Electro-Counter Measure Systems, interior/exterior lighting, automated test systems, and electrostatic discharge mats.• Observed that the assembly could not operate in its normal range of frequencies and would also fail to limit the input radio frequency; using schematics and technical manuals isolated fault to a grid traveling wave tube and replaced accordingly. • For an input radio frequency issue, used technical manual and call outs from the automatic test equipment; isolated fault to the multipactor, and replaced accordingly. • Troubleshot an APG-73 Radar Receiver, the asset failed to operate properly; isolated the fault to the circuit card 2A8 (Power and Control), microcircuit U18 which needed replacement.
