Client Success Manager - Enterprise
Current- Tasked with supporting, retaining and growing Mintel's largest and most well-known clients across the Financial Services and Telecom industry. Responsibilities include:
- Along with the Enterprise Account Manager, co-facilitate client calls to share insights and gather feedback to understand business objectives.
- Monitor client usage monthly, identifying and understanding changes in usage and flagging any concerns. Additionally, working with the Account Manager to produce and deliver thorough partnership reviews for each client
- Create insightful, relevant analysis using data from internal products and services that include consumer attitudes and behavior, new product innovation, and competitive intelligence
