Client Success Manager - Enterprise
CurrentTasked with supporting, retaining and growing Mintel's largest and most well-known clients across the Financial Services and Telecom industry. Responsibilities include:• Along with the Enterprise Account Manager, co-facilitate client calls to share insights and gather feedback to understand business objectives.• Monitor client usage monthly, identifying and understanding changes in usage and flagging any concerns. Additionally, working with the Account Manager to produce and deliver thorough partnership reviews for each client• Create insightful, relevant analysis using data from internal products and services that include consumer attitudes and behavior, new product innovation, and competitive intelligence
