With AdventHealth, I built a team of 7 program managers and business analysts to establish a program management office and governance structure from scratch in response to the highly visible project to unify all customer contact centers across the organization – collaborating with the VP of the Customer Experience Center to create a best-in-class customer service center that served as a standard across healthcare organizations. At the same time, I oversaw 60 in-flight programs including all IT development, analytics and reporting, operational market implementations, and executive leadership support. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:✦ Established annual technology roadmaps and status reporting to enable a 75% improvement in time to deliver. ✦ Implemented program management technology and processes to ensure organizational visibility into all in-flight programs. ✦ Developed a center of excellence to offer collaborative methods and best practices – constructed a CXC University that housed all of the best practices for managing workflow, quality, statistics, etc. through webinars and education.✦ Led a team of 22 support employees including PMO, Training, Workforce Management, and Quality & Excellence through the decentralization of contact centers post leadership changes within 2 months - managing 6 different workstreams to get existing centers operational without service interruption. ✦ Directed training initiatives for 400 employees within 2 weeks during an EPIC implementation and led the migration of appointments from the old system into the new one, leading a team that manually moved 20K appointments in a single weekend. ✦ Reduced $8.3M in contact center renovation costs to $4.7M through targeted negotiation with general contractors, furniture, AV, and IT following a line-by-line analysis and justification of total costs. ✦ Managed 6 different workstreams to operationalize market contact centers without service interruption.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:✦ Developed a 2-year training program for entry-level staff and new graduates within consulting – including 20 days of in-person training, a leadership development program, and a rotation to new client projects. ✦ Built an online assessment tool for healthcare providers, to allow the client base to self-diagnose areas of strengths and weaknesses across 10 strategic and operational domains in response to COVID-19. ✦ Identified a $3.8B market opportunity that leveraged the existing technology platform to enhance workflows with feature sets providing the targeted value proposition.✦ Developed 1-year technology roadmap that prioritized 32 staff defined projects that drove results across 5 strategic initiative areas. ✦ Performed margin analysis on Top 25 customers within Versa Integrity to understand the root cause of an 18% decline in profits, analyzing travel expenses, labor costs, variable and fixed material costs, and pricing to provide CFO and private equity investor with a summary of root causes.
