Work directly with end-users to provide support for desktop and laptop hardware, A/V and meeting room setup, and software. - Create documentation for common procedures with clear and succinct steps- Image and set up computers, both Windows and Mac OS- Manage Active Directory environment using both GUI and Powershell- Manage users, groups, and public folders through Exchange Admin and Powershell- Take ownership of submitted support tickets, calls, and emails, either escalating or find actionable solutions to complex problems- Collaborate with co-workers to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner while maintaining professional and friendly rapport with end-user- Deploy computer hardware and peripherals based on the needs of the end-user.- Create accounts and set up hardware for new hires and onboard them when they start- Work with Information Security team to find software solutions for users which meet our approved security criteria and which are PCI compliant
