I am a biomedical engineer with extensive research experience developing novel biotechnologies. Holding a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, my research has focused on practical, impactful projects that leverage the power of biotech to create technologies that improve lives. At Cornell, I developed a shelf-stable virus and toxin biosensor and created a highly efficient antibiotic screening platform. As the laboratory safety officer for two years, I ensured compliance with EHS standards for waste disposal, inventory management, and safety regulations. My undergraduate research at Georgia Tech involved researching lipid nanoparticles to advance genome editing and drug delivery systems.I have a proven track record of leadership, having served as Vice President of the Cornell Chemical Engineering Graduate Student Association and as President and Founder of the DnD at Georgia Tech Club. These roles have strengthened my organizational, management, and collaborative skills, enabling me to thrive in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.I aim to leverage my diverse background in academic research to support biotech companies in overcoming scientific challenges and improving patient access to medical products. I am particularly interested in roles where I can apply these skills to develop innovative solutions that have a tangible impact on patient outcomes. I am excited about the potential to join leading organizations in the life sciences sector and to continue growing as a professional in this field.
