Customer happiness is a priority of mine and any business. However, an unhappy customer can help you build upon yourself and your company. Therefore, it is valuable and important to me to receive constructive criticism and apply that feedback to better myself. I'm a dedicated student in the Integrated Business program at The University of Central Florida. I hope to apply my soft and hard skills that I gained from my degree and my invaluable experience working in the customer service field to any business.
