I create value by monitoring and managing budgets and spending to ensure goal attainment while expertly coordinating assets, venues, and vendors for events. Additionally, I advance organizational goals by liaising with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders to drive regulatory and policy compliance.Bilingual in English and Arabic, I put those skills to use earlier in my career when I served as an Administrator and Logistics Officer for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Jordan. During my time there, I managed all aspects of logistics, vehicles, and international shipping as well as budgeting, reporting, and immigration applications as we served hundreds of individuals and families in refugee camps. My responsibilities included reviewing and authorizing purchase orders, planning and coordinating international events, managing VISA and immigration applications, and working across the organization to ensure employees adhered to all applicable laws and statutes. More recently, I have worked in Accounting and Finance Management roles at multimillion-dollar companies such as Electronic Verification Systems and LEAP Group Network. In those roles, I managed all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, invoicing, and journal/bank account reconciliations. I believe these skills will serve me well in maximizing resource allocation and return on investment for any projects assigned to me.
