Taiwan

After a restructure of both program and Raytheon Technologies, I returned to supporting daily Operations & Maintenance of the Taiwan Early Warning Radar system and fulfilling the role of subject matter expert. Additionally I maintain scheduling for 10+ personnel, provide mentoring and coaching for deployed individuals, and I fulfill administrative roles required needed.

Taiwan

I was promoted to the In-Country RIS Personnel Manager and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Lead for a team of 12+ personnel on a $1.3 Billion Early Warning Radar. I oversaw all daily maintenance and operations activities and interfaced with the Taiwan Air Force on a daily basis. Additionally I was responsible for maintenance and personnel scheduling for 20+ people, fulfilling the role of Senior Trainer, System Administrator, backfill for the Site Manager & Technical Lead, performing annual Performance & Development, and conducting high visibility meetings with multiple government agencies.

Taiwan

During my time in this role I was responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of the Taiwan Early Warning Radar. In addition to my primary responsibilities I also was the On-Site Trainer of 15+ staff, generated changes to technical documentation, and backfilled for the Maintenance Lead & Technical Lead in his absence.

Iraq

Managed multiple small teams of both U.S. Citizens and foreign nationals for the assembly of multiple radar towers and their associated sub-systems located in Balad Iraq. I performed all associated integration testing and participated in the over all airport systems certification procedures.

United States

Over the course of a 1.5 year period, I participated in the construction of 2 Digital Airport Surveillance Radars (DASR-11), removal of 1 Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR-8), and assisted in the installation of sound mitigation materials for a Army Navy Transportable Radar System (AN/TPY-2) located in Japan. I fulfilled the role of the working at heights subject matter expert,

Alaska

Directly involved in 8 communication site builds from raw land to finished product, over 108 3G/UMTS/LTE upgrades, 6 microwave site to site installations over a 1.5 year period. Additionally served on a 2 person quick reaction team to remediated communication issues directly associated with AT&T. communication sites.

Alaska

Oversaw the initial construction phase of 10 multi-carrier cellular phone communications sites. While fulfilling the role as the sole equipment operator. Was directly responsible for various types of equipment, and end-user equipment valued over 650,000 USD. Drove scheduling cadence for multiple phases of construction from start of project to completion.
