Receive and process inbound trucks within company standards. Trucks coming in at least bi-weekly Process special orders Building displays in accordance with the company's schematics. Cash Control and Loss Prevention, Maintained Cash Office records noting discrepancies.

-Providing an evaluation of the condition of items returned, which would include cosmetic and actual functionality of the item.-Assist in making a decision on to either return the item back to the vendor, send the item for further repair, keeping in house for internal use or adding the item to stock for reale.-Provide customer service with information on potential scam and fraudulent returns.-Assist the warehouse team with processing shipments during times of high volume

Same duties as in the Evans, GA location, and; Promoting the company's MOD "Manager on Duty '' program which focused heavily on guest service, and selling "R" Us services like the "R" Us rewards program, Squaretrade program, etc and helping the guest have an exceptional time. Responsibilities included the above, and ensuring inventory is correct with a weekly "Green Dot Walk" in which I go through the entire store and mark areas where inventory is low. I am to research low inventory and flex in spots where inventory is restricted. Other responsibilities include Cycle Counts which entails of daily counts of certain merchandise, shipping out orders to the customer house, building displays, ordering parts for damaged pieces for store use and customer satisfaction, etc. On occasions I would been Manager on Duty (MOD) which would entail me walking around and try selling the Toys R Us services like the Square Trade program, rewards cards, the Toys R Us credit card, and keeping general guest satisfaction. As a MOD responsible for recording the metrics earned during the time frame we were manager on duty. My position also deals directly with margins on a daily basis. I am responsible for marking down merchandise based off of margins.

Responsibilities included correctly identifying returned goods and making determinations of if we could sell it, or dispose of it, accepting direct shipments from third party vendors, checking in guest special orders from trucks, doing daily audits of bays where product was stored, and reporting discrepancies in the manifests. Other general responsibilities included operating a cash drawer while maintaining security & cash handling procedures. Processing inventory control on a weekly basis while adhering to the company’s “Planogram” to insure that product was properly placed to make a pleasant shopping experience. I also assisted customers in making educated purchases and ensure their total satisfaction during their shopping experience.
