Constructed $750K modern, energy-efficient mountain home, collaborating with engineers, architects, county inspectors, and the foreman to execute the building within $500K budget.Implemented mid-day clean up strategy and constructed an on-site shed for large tool storage, allowing the crew to start earlier and work later as desired.Read blueprints and stocked appropriate materials for each project, working with a local hardware supplier to find the best price by estimating quantity and buying in bulk if possible.
