Executive Assistant Human Resources Coordinator
Current- Manage daily operations for the executive team, including organizing and conducting meetings andconferences, coordinating travel plans, facilitating communication between the executives and internaldepartments, screening calls and emails, and ensuring the executive calendars are organized for optimalefficiency and a smooth workflow.- Prepare and maintain executive reports, presentations, and confidential documents with high attentionto detail and accuracy.- Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance, ordered supplies, and managed vendor contracts to ensure a well-functioning work environment.- Coordinate and facilitate HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, andemployee relations.- Lead recruitment efforts by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork arecompleted and new hires were set up for success.- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding paperwork, performanceevaluations and improvement plans, training logs and certifications, etc.- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in insurance plans and answering any related questions.- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures for new and existing managerial staff to ensure compliance and understanding.- Manage graphic design for company posters, booklets, project documents, website, and social media.
