I prepared documentation for a federal audit by reviewing invoices associated with the reconstruction of several hundred flood sites across British Columbia. Using invoice-tracking spreadsheets, a photo documentation system, and by developing close working relationships with field staff located throughout the province, I provided my superiors with the necessary information to sign-off that project costs were eligible for federal reimbursement under the DFAA program guidelines. - In addition to my main responsibilities, I researched leadership development and presented my findings to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM). My work provided the ADM with recommendations on how to structure a leadership development program that would be implemented throughout the BC Public Service. Show less
