Mr. Chavez was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. He has exclusively practiced Workers’ Compensation law for the past 20 years and is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the California Bar Association. His defense of Workers’ Compensation claims has resulted in several “Take Nothings” Awards for his clients. Mr. Chavez commenced his defense experience as an Associate Attorney at Grancell, Lebovitz, et al in Los Angeles. He later worked for Louie & Stettler beginning in 2001, advancing to Managing Partner of the Burbank office from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, he founded Chavez & Breault, and now runs the Los Angeles office located in Westlake Village. Mr. Chavez primarily practices at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards in Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Marina Del Rey, Oxnard and Goleta.
