Managing a group of 6 technical support representatives. Position as a Tech 1 for a renewable energy company included answering calls and assisting customers with technical questions, trouble shooting, handle warranty claims, analyze electrical schematics and product education. Utilize SAP for various tasks such as keeping a database of customers, creating orders, warranty claims, look up existing orders and viewing product bill of materials. Travel to trade shows in various locations representing the company for showcasing new product and education on renewable energy systems.
