Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions;Scope: Deliver CSS services for Brazilian customers with critically process in multi-pillar SaaS Solutions;Specialize in evolving areas of cloud architecture with focus on providing security, reliability, and operability for services that will be contracted by large-scale, project-based IT deployments;Incubate services from Oracle and partners in prototypes, demos, and package for delivery ready implementations;Maintain current deep knowledge in technology specialization, and act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter guide across Oracle and to partners and customers;Exercise comportment with very strong customer facing presentation and interaction skills at executive management and C-Level;Articulate service and technology solutions in terms of business value and risk in presentations, at conferences and in public online venues.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Responsible for the implementation of HCM Oracle Cloud (absence and core) in large companies for different segments, and execution of activities such as:-Implementing of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud;-Certified Specialist in Core and Absence Solutions;-Oracle TCM Methodology;-Conduction of Projects in big customers;-Working with business and legislation from different countries;-Conduction of workshops to system's familiarization, presentation of the implemented solution, system's tests and knowledge transfer.

Working in companies of different segments. Responsible for the Rhevolution implementation covering the following modules:-Cloud4U – Native Integration with HCM;-Timekeeper -Calculation Roadmap for payroll;-Workflow;-RH Portal;-Report generator;-Tax Bookkeeping for Labor Information (eSocial).

Responsible for the implementation of FPW system (electronic point module, portal and workflow) in medium and large companies for different segments, and execution of activities such as:-Process Mapping;-Providing operational and management training, with audiences of up to 300 people;-Validation and elaboration of functional and technical specification for customized or new functionalities;-Software installation and configuration of WCF, services, IIS, load balance, etc;-Development of queries of medium complexity using languages such as Oracle and SQL Server,-Data migration; -Support to the Commercial Department for new customers prospect;
