Responsible for full scale multi-million custom home projects. Involved in all phases of construction documents from Schematic Design, Design Development to Construction Documents. Responsibilities included coordination with consultants, contractors, and involved in client relations.

Drafted site plans, grading & drainage plans for multiple custom home builders and private clients. -Assisted lead surveyors on site with field measurements, calculated square footages, building footprints, located existing utility easements, property corners and other property conditions. Transferred all data to AutoCAD to produce detailed land surveys. - Assisted in legal disputes such as rezoning, subdividing parcels of land. - Responsible for the writing of metes and bounds to verbally describe the property in detail.

Drafted power plans, electrical plans, riser diagrams, schedules and RCP's for various projects. Projects involved are the Spectrum main office renovations, and San Jacinto Plaza Restrooms.
