As an Automation Engineer for Walmart Advance System & Robotics, I troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, AS-Interface and robotic systems for their Market fulfillment centers. I apply my problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate with other Engineers, Electricians, and Mechanics to deliver high-quality results. I initially started working under contract through Apex systems, but eventually got onboarded into the company. Before joining Apex Systems, I worked as an industrial mechanic at Mission Foods, where I performed preventive and corrective maintenance on various food processing equipment. I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering, where I learned the fundamentals of circuits, electronics, controls, and automation. I am passionate about engineering and innovation, and I enjoy learning new technologies and tools to improve my skills and knowledge.
