Analyzed the value proposition and revenue potential to oil companies of different types of production contract schemes, to inform which contracts the government should implement as part of the 2013 energy reforms. Identified 3 new types of contracts which has led to the development of 490 new oil rigs by 24 private companies. Designed and tracked metrics to monitor over 50 binding commitments made by the President and reported progress to the Office of the President each quarter.
