-Plan, program and control production in different maquiladoras nationwide.-To carry out the quality inspection under Military Standard of imported products and products manufactured in the maquilas nationwide.-Attend and respond to complaints and claims from clients.-Implement action plans to avoid the recurrence of non conformities evidenced in maquiladoras and those arising from complaints and claims.-Design and implement: procedures, instructions and registration forms.-Attend quality audits of first and second part, audits of clients, environmental, health and firefighters.-To carry out audits to the maquiladoras, evaluating the conformity of the processes with respect to the established corporate requirements (quality, productivity, 5´s, environment and industrial safety).

-Plan, program and control the daily production.{Create and close production orders in SAP system.-Perform statistical analysis of management indicators of: productivity, downtime, non-conforming product.-Implement improvement, corrective and preventive actions that guarantee the continuous improvement of the production process.-Write and disseminate procedures and instructions.-Design and implement registration formats in accordance with the guidelines of ISO9001: 2015.-Lead projects of innovation and development of new products, according to the demands and opportunities of the market, as well as new technologies and production methods that allow to increase productivity.-Guarantee the traceability of the product during all stages of the production process.-Design and implement preventive maintenance plan.-Produce efficiently, ensuring the quality of raw materials, product in process and finished product and according to the requirements of Colombian environmental legislation.-Directly advise corporate clients regarding the use and application of the product.-Attend quality audits of first and second part, audits of clients, environmental, health and firefighters.-Carry the monthly control of generation of hazardous waste, through the delivery and final disposal records.-Declare annually the production of hazardous waste generated by the company before the IDEAM.

-Responsible for the operation of the company's productive area and compliance with the objectives and policies of senior management.-Optimize and plan the allocated resources achieving a progressive growth of productivity, respecting the quality specifications.-Organize and follow the execution of all the work within the production cycle ensuring that, individually, they meet the specifications established in the quality system, achieving the continuous improvement of the process.-Plan with the General Manager about the short, medium and long term purposes to optimize the company's productive area with respect to market and technology trends.- Assertively lead my team, taking into account the company's policies and strategies, to achieve production.-Preparation and presentation to the management team, of the evolution of the productivity indicators, of the actions carried out in the period and of the set of desirable recommendations for the improvement of the following period.-Special follow-up of the planning of the works and of the fulfillment of the delivery terms, seeking periodic, timely and reliable information to the commercial department in this aspect.-Receive, filter and distribute the procedures and improvements of the quality system.-Lide and follow the progress in corrective, preventive and improvement actions in areas of productivity, quality and environment.-Establish the limitations, characteristics or production specifications that affect the results of the final product and inform them to the Commercial Department, so that this in turn can communicate them properly to the clients.-Assign the functions and responsibilities to each of the employees in my charge.-Contact with strategic clients, together with sales personnel, to clarify the production process and its impact on the cost of the product.

• Implementation of inspection and measurement instruments procedure.• Design of the metrological plan, calibration and verification of measurement instruments.• Control of operating conditions of the different printing machines.• Color matching, formulation of inks for special colors and solution for the source of the printing machines according to the needs of the process.• Personal training of the plant in: Mission, Vision, Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Plan, manipulation of measurement instruments in the use position, efficient filling of records.• Management of: Management Indicators, Corrective Actions, Preventive and Improvement of the production process, Nonconforming Product, Documents and Records of the quality management system -ISO 9001-2008- Preparation of monthly management report for Strategic Planning.• Inventory management of inks and chemical inputs proper to the realization of the product as well as carry out the selection and evaluation of the suppliers of the same.• Control of the chemical substances used in printing, based on technical sheets and safety sheets of the same.• Management of the company's environmental management system.
