Responsible for the technical sales team , interacting directly with the customer ; both uptake and monitoring through incoming calls and emails from clients who are looking for help and information about products of the company (domains, web hosting, cloud servers .. . ) . In addition, I practice responsible for commercial activities in order to gain new customers and develop existing customers.
