- Introduced project management to the organization utilizing different tools to increase efficiency and streamline communication at the Senior Level- Pitched revenue-boosting marketing campaign to executives, based off the team’s NBA Finals appearance in 2024- Developed compelling presentations and facilitated efficient meetings to support company business planning process

- Mission is to support and empower families and organizations of indigenous and rural communities through the cultivation of culturally responsible sustainable solutions in the Quispicanchi Province of southern Peru.- Taught English at a high school- Worked an after school program with kids from neighboring towns, help with homework and activities - Brainstormed revenue generating plans for the local church’s store, all proceeds go to maintaining social programs and paying the women who make the crafts - immerse ourselves in the Peruvian culture and help out in any way we are needed (ex: being part of a parade during Dia de Cusco and dancing in front of 10,000 people in main plaza in Cusco)

-Answer phone calls, place ice orders, handle customer issues/complaints, and send mechanics to repair ice machines/ice boxes

- Worked cash register with quality customer service- kept store clean and merchandise stocked- refilled drinks and cups, made fresh coffee and tea- worked kitchen, cleaned dishes, prepped food, and made sure produce was fresh

• Helped teachers with their student who have down syndrome. Would help cut paper, color, or do any activity that the student needed help with.• Read a book to the class during their library time and helped out with lunch time cleanup.

- Alternated between cooking, making food, taking orders, drive-thru window, cashier, and cleaning from 6:00am to 2:30pm.- Trained new members on basics of kitchen and where all supplies are.

-Worked as a server during rentals at Knights of Columbus Club- Set up tables, served food, was a bus boy, cleaned up, washed dishes, and put everything back after event- Worked weddings, formal dinners, quinceañeras, etc.
