• Develop and supervise the strategy for the Payroll Compensation and Benefits area • Define, follow up and control HR budget (payroll and benefits). • Develop, propose and implement policies of fixed remuneration, variable, short and long-term incentives and benefits of the company, aiming to ensure proper positioning before the market. • Positions restructuring analysis, according to the personnel moves, promotions and transfers. • Develop HR metrics for internal controls and publication. • Develop compensation tools for support the discussions with managers. • Map and propose improvements for the internal processes of Human Resources. • Contribute to the fairness and sustainability of the salary structure, monitoring and analyzing consistency and the competitiveness of jobs and wages structure and aligning this with the market trends. • Update and analyses compensation surveys.
