As HR Admin Manager I am accountable for developing and implementing HR Admin strategies that support company’s objectives, to ensure sustainable HR Admin processes, grow leadership excellence and accelerate business performance and sustainable growth.Key responsibilities:- Responsible for setting and aligning the goals and roadmap for the HR Admin area- Responsible for hiring, conducting performance evaluations, managing promotions, and providing feedback, while also focusing on the development of team members and leaders- Ensure the deployment of the HR Admin processes on the other Regional CBSC and the governance of the HR Admin Process within all CBSC´s- Ensure a good knowledge of the HRIS Setup to ensure data quality and ensure the smooth running of operations- Ensure the delivery a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department- Contribute and Propose solutions to improve HR Admin Processes within the HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors- Define and govern the scope of services delivered (Definition of HR Service catalogue in ServiceNow)- Establish and maintain regular communications with key HR stakeholders- Maintain the HR knowledge database about HR practices- Contribute to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
